Well its taken a year, but finally www.thebabystore.ie is open for business. And I’ve learned many things about myself along the way, the most surprising is that after a year of preparing to start a new business I find myself tempted to run away and join the circus with all the new skills I have acquired. I am great at juggling, jumping through hoops, bending over backwards, and I could also be the Ring Master!

But it has all been worth it to see my ‘baby’ finally ready to go out into the big bad and very competitive world of Baby and Nursery Retail.

They say that when writing a blog for a business, that you shouldn’t talk too much about your products specifically, that people will get bored with just reading product reviews.

Well I’m going to break that rule this one time because this little gadget I’m about to tell you about is so cool that I can’t wait for all the Mums and Dads to see it.
Its called a ‘Bib Clip’ by Kiipis. This nifty little gadget has taken the U.S.A by storm becasue of its simplicity and practicality.
Basically you can turn anything into a bib. So if like me you either have a drawer full of clean bibs or all the bibs in the washing machine at the same time. Then you’ve got to get one of these.
The Bib Clip comes in really handy if you’re visiting friends or out to eat. Just clip a napkin, serviette or tea towel to the bib clip to make an instant bib. No need to carry a messy sticky bib home with you. And toddlers love it as they feel its more grown up than a bib.
