All users of this website must agree to the following terms and conditions before purchasing from this website.

Please note that all images, website layout and images presented on this website are protected under International Copyright laws.

 

General terms of use:

The Baby Store reserves the right to make changes / additions to website content, product information, prices and delivery information without notice. All product prices include VAT at 23% where applicable in accordance with current Republic of Ireland VAT rates

The Baby Store have made all reasonable effort to ensure that all photographs accurately reflect the item being sold. Item colours may vary depending on the quality of different monitors. Items used for photographic enhancements such as props and ribbons etc. are used for display purposes only and may not be included as part of the purchased item(s). Only the items specified in the product description are included with the purchased item(s) 

 

Please note: Hamper and Gift box ribbons and basket/boxes styles may change occasionally depending on availability and may not reflect the exact style displayed on the product image. Contents may vary slightly in Hamper/Gift Boxes due to stock availability but will always be of equal or greater monetary value.

 

Confirmation of order: You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order as soon as the order is placed (this will also contain your electronic receipt) and a second confirmation email from the warehouse when your order has been dispatched. These confirmations are sent via email so please ensure that you have provided us with the correct email address

.

Availability: All items are subject to availability, in the event that your purchased item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. If your order is delayed and we are unable to complete your order due to unavailability of stock, an exchange or  full refund will be offered.

 

Delivery: The Baby Store may not be held responsible for non-receipt of an order where by the customer has provided incorrect delivery details when ordering. All Courier orders require a working and in service mobile phone number for guaranteed delivery and within the timeframe specified on the product page.  Our courier partners will attempt to make delivery 3 times after that the order will be returned to The BabyStore and a fee will be incurred for redelivery or in the case that a refund is sought the relevant delivery and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Liability:

The Baby Store accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, which arise from the use of the service, and/or from the use of any products purchased. 

 

Email Marketing Policy
On agreement of these terms & conditions you, the user, agrees to sign-up and initially be a part of The Baby Store email marketing list. As a member of this list you, the user, will be sent at least one email per month that contains company updates and special offers intended to improve the shopping experience of our users. The user has the option to unsubscribe from this mailing list at anytime and can do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in every email we send out. If you, the user, opt to unsubscribe from our mailing list we guarantee that your information will be permanently removed from all marketing lists and any future marketing emails. The user will however continue to receive non marketing email updates as part of the order process, if another purchase is made, on receipt of an order, dispatch of an order or if there is a problem with your order. Furthermore the user will receive shipping updates via text and email from our courier during the delivery process. In some cases the user will receive an email giving the user the opportunity to review our products & services as part of our customer feedback initiative. 

 

 

14 Day Cooling Off Period

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. During the cooling-off period, you can return your purchase without giving a reason and without  incurring charges or penalties, other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods. You must inform us of the decision to cancel using the returns form and   You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation before the cooling-off period expires
